Terms of Service

Lumro ("the Service") is a Discord integration and web dashboard that mirrors server activity into a private database and surfaces retention analytics, alerts, and bot-driven DMs to the community operator who installed it.

These Terms govern your use of the Service. By installing the bot, accessing the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to them.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Keep your authentication credentials secure.
• Ensure you have authority to install the bot in any Discord server you connect.
• Communicate to your server members that Lumro is installed and link them to the Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the Discord Community Guidelines.
• Harass, dox, or send unsolicited mass DMs to members. The draft-and-approve DM flow is for legitimate retention outreach, not spam.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or its APIs beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties without a written agreement.
• Attempt to disable, overload, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or tenant isolation.

The Service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is published at the marketing site and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. After a trial ends, you'll be billed at the published rate unless you cancel. Refunds for the current period are evaluated case by case.

Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are billed in addition to the subscription price where applicable.

The Service runs on top of Discord and depends on Discord's APIs. You agree to comply with the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Developer Policy in your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if Discord notifies us that your use of the Service violates their terms, or if continued service to you would jeopardize our standing with Discord.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately for a material breach of these Terms (acceptable use violations, non-payment, security abuse).

On termination, we perform a hard delete of your tenant data within 30 days per the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. We are specifically not liable for outages, data loss, or moderation decisions made by Discord or any other third party.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
